In this role, you will be responsible for developing analytics solutions and insights in support of our Virtual Care offering (Connect with a Vet) and reputed company Services businesses. You will partner directly with reputed company senior leadership to influence strategies that maximize financial performance, user acquisition & retention, along with overall customer experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates exemplary skills analyzing large data sets, partnering with business stakeholders, and turning data into actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as this role will reputed company analyses, share findings with business teams, and drive strategies that promote favorable financial and customer experience outcomes.
