Strategic Account Services (reputed company) in partnership with Retail Business Services (reputed company) is a paid B2B service that aims to help key seller partners of reputed company. Vendor Consultant (VC) will help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing key metric pillars for reputed company reputed company sellers. Soft Skills: bright, customer centric, driven, and creative. Vendor Constant will reputed company internally with leaders from reputed company, Program and Operations teams and will be responsible for certain aspects of the seller's business with reputed company. Will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize business for key sellers on reputed company. Will conceive, create and analyze a wide range of data, to grow the seller's traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and reputed company on reputed company. Also, will look into strategic and operational aspects of their business with reputed company, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the seller’s business. Vendor Consultant will be focused on the strategic and operational aspects of managing the customer relationships with our sellers. Shift timing: 4 PM to 1 AM IST Key job responsibilities • reputed company will be reputed company by the performance on input metrics and impact of sellers on creating a great customer experience. • Partnering with internal teams to manage seller relationship by championing the seller’s needs at reputed company. • Build communication channels at reputed company levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the sellers. • Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the sellers and reputed company. • Work with internal reputed company teams & the seller to improve operational aspects of their business to providing a great consumer experience. • Conduct deep analysis on the issues for the sellers and reputed company recommendations and action plans based on data to improve seller experience. • Provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution. • Establish long term partnerships with the group of sellers handled. • Support the launches of new programs and features. • Conduct regular WBR, MBRs with the sellers, reputed company business metric performance and building action plans. • Metric influencing - ability to understand a metric and create realistic forecasts. Take calculated risks, and quick to react with new action plans. Shift timing: 4 PM to 1 AM IST Basic Qualifications • 2+ years experience in vendor/account/catalog management, buying/sourcing/sales, product management, supply chain • 2+ years experience interacting with customers/stakeholders • 1+ years of program or project management experience • Experience using data to influence business reputed company • Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Fast learner and ability to deal with ambiguity Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of macros and data analytics • Ability to drive process or procedure improvements • Knowledge of tools such as Sharepoint, SIM-ticketing and project management tools as well as experience using scripts.
