SUMMARY The Oil & Transport Customer Service Representative is a committed, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working member of the Oil & Transport team. Customer service, safety, dependability, punctuality are top priorities for these individuals. The Oil & Transport Customer Service Representative serves a critical role in working with our customers to ensure they receive fuel purchases at the best price with the best service. DUTIES • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner with the utmost courtesy and professional demeanor to respond to customer inquiries regarding service, pricing, and delivery schedules • Work with reputed company team to schedule fuel deliveries to customers per their request • Process orders for customers according to best price/ delivery available and process new customer applications and other required paperwork. • Complete Customer bids as requested and respond in a timely manner to ensure Foster Fuels obtains the order. • Support overall department goals and objectives and reputed company any other administrative duties as assigned.
