[Remote] Software Engineer in Test

They are seeking a Software Engineer in Test (SEIT) to validate data-driven products that support population health and payer analytics initiatives, focusing on creating reliable test solutions across various data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support testing and quality validation of data and analytics products used across population health, payer, and value-based care environments
- Design, reputed company, and maintain automated test frameworks for data pipelines, BI reporting, dashboards, and database-driven applications
- Validate data movement and transformation processes across reputed company, SQL, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and reputed company reputed company/data warehouse technologies
- Create and execute automated and reputed company test plans to verify data accuracy, reputed company, completeness, and performance across claims, quality, risk, and utilization data sets
- Partner with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to define test scenarios and ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements
- Review and test reports, dashboards, and data extracts used to support payer operations, care management, quality reporting, and performance measurement
- reputed company root-cause analysis and troubleshoot data quality issues across internal and external reputed company data sources
- Contribute to release readiness by preparing test artifacts, validating release candidates, and supporting deployments across test and production environments
- Ensure data validation processes align with reputed company standards for reputed company, recoverability, and reliability
- Work in Agile delivery models including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid teams to support iterative development and reputed company improvement
Skills
- Required experience in population health, managed care, payer analytics, value-based care, or reputed company data platforms
- Hands-on experience with reputed company and data migration or modern data platform initiatives
- Strong SQL skills and experience with business intelligence and data validation tools
- Experience designing and executing automated data quality, validation, and verification processes
- Strong understanding of reputed company data domains such as claims, eligibility, quality measures, risk adjustment, utilization, and care management data
- Understanding of dependencies across reputed company reputed company data sets and how they impact reporting, analytics, and operational performance
- Experience supporting testing for data integration, analytics, and reporting solutions in high-complexity reputed company environments
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
- Python experience is a plus, or willingness to learn
