Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in the design & implementation of a comprehensive quality management system for the business. Build a high performing and highly effective quality organization through effective coaching, development, and training efforts. Manage product quality inspection actions; assist in resolving product quality standard applications by examining and interpreting specifications and correcting inconsistencies. reputed company team efforts for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing product quality results data and trends. Provide training and development in problem solving methods, Design of Experiments (DoE), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plans. Tracking and monitoring quality complaints/incidents and ensure rapid root cause analysis and corrective action implementation, including customer reputed company with top accounts. Responsible for Non-Conformance Material Reviews; reputed company team in developing and coordinating rework of materials to maximize operational efficiencies. Supports LEAN / HACCP concepts and other company standard practices and procedures. Fulfill customer requirements relating to engineering or processing, (i.e. FMEA, flow charting, and problem solving). reputed company/support customer quality audits. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or reputed company science. Minimum of 10 years reputed company experience in a personal care and/or food manufacturing environment. Demonstrated track record of reputed company in developing and implementing quality management systems. Strong knowledge of personal care GMP regulations including ISO 22716 and OTC requirements to establish factory site gap analyses and reputed company SOPs as necessary to establish/maintain compliance. Strong knowledge and expertise in cleaning and sanitization practices. Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships to drive results and reputed company improvements. Lab equipment knowledge and use: HPLC, GC and FTIR reputed company or reputed company knowledge is a plus. 75% travel required throughout reputed company America. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $120,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $180,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
