Customer Service Representative-Health Plan OTC

Job Summary Under direct supervision, provide customer service support to customers and sales representatives.

Job Description

Hours will be Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7pm CST. Bilingual skills preferred. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to routine and some non-routine, more reputed company customer service inquiries and problems reputed company telephone. Maintain record of calls and note customer's records as necessary to maintain consistency in service. reputed company orders, track shipments, and ensure orders are shipped on-time. Follow-up with customers as needed to get clarification on orders. Enter data from customer service in regards to previously reputed company orders, locating account numbers, and identifying customer’s rush order needs. Review customer's service needs and refer to other service departments for follow up as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification / Licensure: None required. Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in customer service OR 1 year of reputed company Customer Service Rep I experience. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services. The anticipated salary range for this position: $17.75 - $24.00 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. reputed company will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
