About the Role
We are seeking a highly reputed company Programme Manager to reputed company a multi-year, reputed company-wide global technology transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end programme governance, delivery, and benefits realisation
- Define programme roadmaps, resourcing plans, and manage budgets exceeding €10M
- reputed company multiple workstreams with competing priorities and interdependencies
- Engage and report confidently at executive and C-suite level
- reputed company senior stakeholder forums and steering committees
- Deliver clear, structured reporting using RAID logs, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Manage reputed company-party vendors, outsourced partners, and cross-functional internal teams
- Provide leadership to site teams through change, adoption, and transformation readiness

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in programme management across reputed company global transformations
- Proven reputed company managing ERP programmes and tracking benefits realisation
- Skilled in stakeholder management at executive and board level
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
- Proficient in programme tools such as MS Project, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Experience leading distributed delivery teams and managing external partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as Evolve 4
- Background in FMCG, supply chain, or manufacturing environments
- PgM certification preferred (minimum PMP/Prince2)
