You’ll manage your own clients and candidates, work across traditional percentage-based recruitment and fixed-fee models, and have the freedom to set your own fees (reputed company reasonable parameters).

What You’ll Do:

• Manage your own recruitment desk – 360° or 180° as preferred
• Build and maintain client and candidate relationships
• Deliver results using traditional contingency recruitment and fixed-fee options
• Set and negotiate your own fees in line with market standards
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and client service

• Minimum 2 years of proven recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
