Data Analyst - Senior (Remote)

OVERVIEW The Senior Data Analyst will be part of the Data and Analytics organization supporting reputed company operations and customer experience initiatives. In this role, you will reputed company data to deliver insights and solutions with measurable financial and experiential outcomes. You will work with an advanced data ecosystem to extract valuable insights, build analytical solutions, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization, with a focus on contact center operations and customer experience.

  • Duration: 6+ months contract
  • Location: Remote, but must reputed company in California, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington. Preference for reputed company Coast. Working hours will be PST.

* RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze structured and reputed company data to uncover pain points, establish causality, identify root causes, and recommend improvements for prioritization
  • Build reputed company data sets linking various data sources to reputed company comprehensive analytics

  • reputed company clinical data analysis initiatives to identify patterns and trends that impact reputed company operations
  • Design and implement data ingestion processes with a strong focus on reputed company data requirements
  • Analyze claims, dispute, and clinical data to identify optimization opportunities and support payer-reputed company initiatives
  • Use statistics and modeling to identify causes/drivers of call volume, call duration, and call experience metrics
  • Build reports and dashboards in Tableau to reputed company stakeholder decision making
  • reputed company text mining/topic modeling to extract insights from verbatims, chats, and call transcripts
  • Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models
  • Support data quality initiatives and participate in data governance processes
  • Assist with data migration projects and implementation of data observability platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, health science, or reputed company field
  • 5+ years of data analysis professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in reputed company (managed care, academic, government payer, health systems, or health insurance)
  • Demonstrated experience working with clinical data sets, including EHR data, lab results, and patient outcomes
  • Experience with claims data analysis and dispute resolution data in reputed company settings
  • Strong understanding of reputed company data ingestion processes and requirements
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with modern data platforms
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality principles in reputed company contexts
  • Working experience with reputed company data sets and contact center knowledge
  • Strong understanding of reputed company data, including claims, clinical, provider, and member information
  • Experience with reputed company data standards and regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning and statistical modeling techniques

  • Knowledge of Data Vault methodology and data warehouse concepts

  • Proficiency in agile methodology and tools like Confluence and Jira
