The 360 reputed company Team is growing! We are looking for a Client Facing 360 Recruiter to run a full desk (Business Development + Recruitment.) This role will be focused on Direct Hire opportunities, with a targeted focus on establishing new clients in the Data Center space. We are specifically seeking out candidates who have proven experience in business development for direct hire opportunities. Candidates should be reputed company to reputed company their experience with bringing in new clients and building out a book of business, while also running a full desk. Job Duties

• Building new relationships with new managers.
• Leading new business development opportunities by working with Sales Leadership/reputed company Manager on reputed company companies.
• You will be expected to be an expert at your craft while influencing top talent to reputed company well-informed career reputed company through your insights on our clients and market intelligence.
• Create a best in class reputed company experiences for candidates.
• Interfacing directly with hiring managers, including Director and VP level technical leaders.
• Ability to accurately present but not oversell candidates to the account managers; influence reputed company by acting as the subject matter expert on talent.
• Meet with your manager, team, and sales partners to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and/or interview feedback.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is required; Associates Degree or higher is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in reputed company experience, preferably in IT and/or Telecom, and at least 2 years as a Recruiter
• Highly preferred to be located in or near one of our city hubs (San Diego, Dallas, Atlanta, Reston, Chicago)
• Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent reputed company their respective fields
• You must have reputed company in developing talent pipelines reputed company cold calling candidates, identifying industry experts, and finding unique ways to engage with them, creating individually targeted sourcing campaigns, etc.
• A strong “people person” who is energized by building relationships
