Job Summary: Clinical Drug Screening Team Associates uphold top-notch member experience for reputed company drug screening care needs by prioritizing world-class customer service and adherence to reputed company approved urine drug screen procedures. It is imperative that individuals in this role are deeply committed to the harm reduction approach to drug screening in substance use disorder treatment. Core Responsibilities:

• Go above and reputed company to provide a world-class member experience throughout their care at reputed company
• Facilitate video drug screens and determine drug screen results while maintaining a professional and judgment-free demeanor
• Support and communicate with members as they navigate their drug screening needs and requirements

• Communicate and provide support to members over chat and phone in a professional way that embodies the company's mission and values

Qualifications:

• Passionate about providing stellar internal and external customer service and working with diverse populations, including Workit staff, members, family members, and vendors
• Strong analytical ability

• Familiarity with addiction recovery and harm reduction is a plus

• Ability to work on a team and independently
