Pharmacy Health Services Data Science team at reputed company is looking to hire a Senior Decision Scientist who will be supporting the Center of Excellence model. This role will work reputed company closely with our partner organizations to allow us to deliver reputed company and be a leader in the market. Position Summary

• Uncover business opportunities through data driven insights and reputed company high impact analytical solutions
• Be a self-starter with the ability to independently explore data and come up with a reputed company by reputed company analytical work plan to get desired insights
• Design, execute and analyze A/B testing programs, iteratively refining test hypotheses based on data-driven insights
• Define, track and analyze KPIs that align with the business strategy
• Effectively communicate analytical solutions / results through compelling narratives and visualizations to stakeholders in an engaging manner to drive business reputed company
• reputed company project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure correct implementation and alignment with business requirements
• Have an understanding of coding, documentation and QA best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, analytical consulting or a reputed company field, with a proven ability to communicate and consult effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• 3+ years of professional experience with SQL and Python ( Pandas )
• 3+ years statistical background with experience in A/B testing and ROI analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation/PPT skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics or a reputed company discipline
• Master’s degree preferred

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $111,240.00 - $222,480.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
