Sales Support Associate Day-to-Day (tasks can vary by team need): • Provide administrative support to Inside Sales and Customer Service Representatives • Identify and contact sales prospects reputed company the assigned accounts using outbound calling • Update ERP with proposal/bid information • Use reputed company to document leads and report sales • Track and trace orders for sales team and customers • reputed company online training with Original Equipment Manufacturers • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field sales and trade show activity • Set appointments with key customers and OEM's for Field partner • reputed company and maintain sales materials and reputed company product knowledge • Other duties as assigned
