HR Customer Service Representative

About the position The HRSC Tier I Customer Service Representative will reputed company administrative, and data/records management activities in support of HR and HRIS functions, including interpreting life-cycle reports, reputed company, status change, compensation, separations, etc. The HRSC Customer Support Tier I Representative will work under direction from the HRSC Supervisor to ensure HR service delivery is consistently high-quality. In this role you will provide customer service by answering HRAnswers calls, document reputed company customer inquiries and resolutions received reputed company phone calls, ask HR, Chat, mailboxes or alternative streams of input in order to identify, diagnose, and initiate research necessary to resolve customer issues in a timely manner, as needed. You will provide support reputed company a HR Line of Business, clearly communicate problem symptoms and consult with CS Tier 2 representatives as necessary to aid in resolving customer issues/requests and ensure reputed company pertinent information is included. You will escalate unresolved issues as needed and reputed company any other duties as needed, providing assistance on navigating internal resources on self-service and HR technology tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provides customer service by answering HRAnswers calls.
  • Documents reputed company customer inquiries and resolutions received reputed company phone calls.
  • Identifies, diagnoses, and initiates research necessary to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Provides support reputed company a HR Line of Business.
  • Communicates problem symptoms clearly and consults with CS Tier 2 representatives as necessary.
  • Escalates unresolved issues as needed.
  • Performs any other duties as needed.
  • Provides assistance on navigating internal resources on self-service and HR technology tools.

Requirements

  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • 1 year of experience in HR preferred.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Virtual employees are required to have high speed internet with 25 MB download and 15 MB upload.
  • Remote employees are required to live reputed company a 60 mile radius of an HCA Hospital.
