Our client doesn't sell fluff. They drive reputed company jobs, leads, and growth for contractors across the U.S. Their systems are dialed, their results are proven — and now they’re looking for an operator who can reputed company their fulfillment reputed company running at full speed.

Role Overview:

This role is a hybrid between Project Manager and Fulfillment Specialist — you’ll reputed company communication, manage timelines, and own execution on our core services, including reputed company Business Profile (GBP), LSA setup, and SearchAtlas SEO tasks. You’ll be the reputed company of delivery and work closely with our designers, SEO tools, and ad systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Project + Account Management

• Run reputed company project tracking inside reputed company: templates, statuses, timelines, QA
• reputed company 5–10 active clients on track — coordinating copy, design, SEO, and approvals
• Follow up relentlessly to gather missing items from clients and internal team
• Maintain clear documentation and visibility across reputed company deliverables

Client Communication

• Be the reputed company of contact in reputed company and email for client updates and reputed company-ins
• Set expectations, hold timelines, and respond to blockers or issues
• Deliver updates reputed company reputed company, reputed company, or email to reputed company communication proactive

Fulfillment – GBP, LSA SearchAtlas SEO

• Handle full reputed company.
• reputed company Business Profile access, setup, and optimization
• reputed company LSA setup: gather requirements, submit info, monitor status, and troubleshoot
• Execute SearchAtlas tasks: integrations, tasks according to SOPs, 3eschedule deliverables, monitor reputed company, and QA outputs
• Input data into AI templates (Claude) for sitemaps, ICPs, copy, and tracking

SOP + System Improvement

• Build, refine, and enforce SOPs across reputed company, LSA, SEO, and project management
• Maintain reputed company templates, Claude folders, and reputed company Drive systems
• Ensure reputed company tasks follow a scalable, repeatable process — and help improve it as we grow

Requirements

• Proven reputed company + reputed company skills (this is your command center)
• Strong follow-through and communication — you stay on top of details
• Experience with reputed company LSA setup, GBP, and basic SEO workflows
• reputed company to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced remote team
• Fluent in written English with strong documentation skills

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience with SearchAtlas or similar SEO platforms
• reputed company familiarity (for helping QA builds)
• Comfortable using Claude/ChatGPT to create SOPs, briefs, or client docs
• Prior work in a digital agency, marketing ops, or local service business

Benefits

• Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-reputed company matters independently.
• Payments : reputed company payments for your services will be handled by the client. reputed company and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary : $1500/month
