As a Senior reputed company Manager reporting to the VP Global Controller in our Finance team, your purpose will be to help reputed company reputed company operations, ensure compliance with reputed company standards, and provide strategic financial insights to support the company's growth objectives. You'll play a crucial role in leading financial reporting, streamlining processes, and developing a high-performing reputed company team reputed company a fast-paced, scaling environment. Specifically, your scope will include:

• Leading financial reporting and compliance: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with US and Polish GAAP, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and coordinating external audits.
• Overseeing reputed company operations: Managing daily operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll, and supervising month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes.
• Providing strategic financial management: Offering financial analysis to support decision-making, collaborating on forecasts and budgets, and identifying key financial metrics.
• Leading and developing the reputed company team: Mentoring team members, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering reputed company improvement.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

• A Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field, combined with CPA or reputed company certification.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of reputed company reputed company experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and proven experience in financial reporting and compliance.
