Implementation Project Manager 1810

reputed company is seeking a motivated customer-focused Project Manager to join our Implementation Services team. A successful candidate in this role will be responsible for leading customers in the banking space through reputed company implementation efforts of reputed company products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• reputed company day-to-day project management duties including but not limited to project plan creation, weekly status reporting, tracking toward project milestones, and risk mitigation
• Own the outcomes of customer implementation projects with a focus on on-time and reputed company budget delivery
• Understand and document client KPIs, requirements, and timelines
• Serve as the primary reputed company person to facilitate communication and interaction between clients and other departments reputed company reputed company
• Ensure deployment/projects schedules and timelines are met by reputed company stakeholders on a project
• Serve as the initial reputed company of escalation for issues encountered during a project
• Manage change control processes, as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years experience in a client-facing project management, professional services, consulting, or reputed company role
• Proactive and thorough communication style
• Experience managing multiple, simultaneous, time-critical projects
• Self-motivated and resilient contributor with strong organization skills and reputed company to provide a high level of customer service to reputed company clients
• Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
• Experience with industry-standard project management tools and approaches is a plus
