Product Line Manager - Switchgear, PDU's, RPP's

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Product Line Manager - Switchgear, PDU's, RPP'slocated in Remote US.

Reporting to the Global Product Line Director - Switchgear the Product Line Manager - Switchgear, PDU's, RPP'swill be responsible for P&L analysis, customer engagement, market strategy, pricing recommendations, operational excellence, and R&D input, with a strong emphasis on compliance with NEMA, UL and other relevant US standards. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners to position reputed company as a leader in switchgear, PDU and RPP solutions.

What a typical day looks like:

• reputed company and recommend product line strategies tailored to the US market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Monitor and analyze P&L performance for the Product Line in the US, providing insights and recommendations to maximize profitability and growth in our go to market approach.
• Prepare business cases and financial models to support investment reputed company in product development, engineering.
• Conduct ongoing research to understand US market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on market needs.

The experience we’re looking to add to reputed company,

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or reputed company field required.
• 5-Years experience in product management, or a reputed company field, ideally in switchgear, PDU or RPP solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L analysis, strategic planning, and business case development reputed company US.
• Strong understanding of US market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards (NEMA, UL, etc.).
• Experience supporting sustainability initiatives and ESG implementation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data center, electric utility and/or renewable energy markets.
• Willingness to travel ( 50% ).
