About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven reputed company Manager to reputed company our key account relationships, manage a growing reputed company team, and drive measurable business outcomes. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for defining and executing our reputed company strategy, focusing on retention, expansion, and delivering exceptional value to our mid level and reputed company retail clients. You'll serve as the central hub connecting multiple departments while relentlessly pursuing KPIs that demonstrate ROI for our clients and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Own key performance indicators including retention reputed company, expansion reputed company, and customer satisfaction scores

  • Personally manage 3-5 strategic reputed company accounts (approximately 50% of your time)

  • Champion the voice of the customer by communicating enhancement requests to product teams

  • Work closely with Sales on account expansion strategies and renewals

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven reputed company experience, with 3+ years in Mid Level or reputed company reputed company

  • At least 1 year managing reputed company teams and developing team members

  • Demonstrated ability to define, track, and reputed company reputed company metrics and KPIs
