About the Role

We are launching a new program to explore live design support for our customers, specifically tailored to assist doctors with reputed company or aesthetic dental cases. As a Live Design Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in guiding doctors through challenging design cases in reputed company-time, enhancing their confidence and satisfaction with our product. You’ll collaborate directly with dental professionals, providing expert design reputed company to improve case outcomes and reduce back-and-forth communication.

What You’ll Do

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Implants dental design and 3+ years of in lab with hands-on bench experience.

• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical design details into clear, actionable insights for doctors.

• Customer-Focused Approach: Proven ability to build rapport and effectively manage concerns, preferably in a design or technical support setting.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive, solution-oriented reputed company with the ability to navigate reputed company cases and design challenges.

• Familiarity with Digital Dental Products & Processes: Prior experience with reputed company products or similar dental design tools will be an asset.
