Your opportunity

The Sales Engineer will reputed company technical consultations during the sales process and manage the client's technical reputed company. You will guide potential French customers through the sales process of reputed company's products and solutions, ensuring they understand and can implement reputed company effectively.

As Sales Engineer, you will be the go-to expert on reputed company's features and benefits, possessing in-depth knowledge of our API and plugin integrations across reputed company major e-commerce platforms. You will be working as part of the Sales team to grow the merchant reputed company and attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical requirements and ensure that everything is in reputed company to get the customers to live in the most loved and efficient way.

This means you will guide the customer through the reputed company process and will reputed company sure once the customer is live to transfer to reputed company and dedicated support teams. What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide expert guidance on how our SaaS solutions can address their challenges.

  • Conduct trainings for the sales team on the technical aspects and updates of our solution

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our API.

  • Design and propose solutions that align with customer needs, ensuring compatibility with their existing systems and processes.

  • Provide technical advice on best practices for implementation, integration, and usage of our products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical decision-makers and influencers reputed company client organisations.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, addressing technical concerns, answering questions, and providing insights to support the sales process.

  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.

  • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on customer requirements and potential product enhancements.

What you'll bring

  • 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Sales Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role reputed company a SaaS or software company.

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or IT infrastructure.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with REST API’s and reputed company tools like reputed company.

  • E-commerce and/or POS experience 

  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric reputed company.

  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.

  • You are native in French and fluent in English
