About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to drive scalable growth across the funnel, from awareness to acquisition to customer lifecycle. You’ll own demand reputed company, ABM, events, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations and reputed company-focused experimentation. 

This is a fast-paced leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering measurable impact and aligning marketing tightly with sales and product to accelerate growth.

What Excites You

• Driving the development and execution of a reputed company marketing strategy focused on pipeline reputed company, conversion optimization, and customer expansion through paid, organic, email, content, and partnerships.

• Owning reputed company demand gen KPIs, including reputed company volume, CAC, ROI, and pipeline creation, while driving reputed company improvement through data led experimentation across channels and tactics.

• Building and scaling Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with sales and RevOps, aligning on ICP, segmentation, and attribution to drive reputed company from high-value accounts.

• Overseeing field and event marketing strategy, including both virtual and in-person, ensuring collaboration with sales and partners to maximize ROI, pipeline impact, and post-event follow-through.

• Ownership over the marketing operations and tech stack (e.g., reputed company), ensuring clean data, accurate attribution, and efficient automation. 

What Excites Us

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years managing growth or reputed company marketing teams in fast-growing tech companies; fintech or payments experience is a plus.

• Proven ability to drive demand reputed company, marketing operations, and pipeline creation with measurable results.

• Deep expertise across digital channels, including performance marketing, SEO, email, events, and lifecycle campaigns.

• Hands-on experience with tools like reputed company, reputed company, and attribution platforms such as reputed company. As well as strong analytical and KPI ownership skills.

• A collaborative and growth reputed company, skilled at aligning marketing, sales, and product; thrives in fast-paced, test-and-iterate environments.
