Senior Fiat Growth Strategist – Growth & Local Activation (Crypto Native)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly hands-on and execution-driven senior growth expert to join our Fiat team. In this role, you will focus on driving fiat on/off-reputed company user growth across global markets by optimizing the entire growth funnel—from channel strategy to localized execution. Your goal is to increase user penetration and maximize product exposure for fiat-reputed company offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Design and localize market-specific growth playbooks tailored to regional user behavior

  • Monitor the full conversion funnel and user behavior data to identify drop-offs and drive reputed company optimization

  • Deep understanding of fiat payment systems and exchange on/off-reputed company mechanics
