Job DescriptionJob Description What reputed company looks like in this role... Responsible for supporting the functionality and efficiency of one or more operating systems. Deliver second level remote hardware and software/OS support services to clients to resolve product use and multi-product/platform problems and questions relating to reputed company systems, networks and application software, as well as desktop applications. reputed company remote installation of applications to users and servers. Responsible for user administration, monitoring of servers, and monitoring antivirus updates. reputed company daily checks on servers, analyze logs. Conduct incident investigation. Conduct advanced troubleshooting of incidents and provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Resolve well defined incidents using documented procedures. Execute reputed company changes, prepare and execute changes per implementation plans. Coordinate critical customer issues as well as new product and/or system implementations. reputed company alerts and situation status information to both client and reputed company management. Provide referrals and/or dispatches to service providers to ensure that the client s service level and technical requirements are met. May prepare technical documentation and ensure that technical and customer documentation is clear, accurate and complete. May reputed company and conduct user training, technical training and orientation. May reputed company small teams on defined projects. You will be successful in this role if you have: University degree or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 6 years domain experience Strong understanding of a large server environment (i.e. Windows, Unix, Linux, VMWare/ESXi) Secret reputed company Clearance Required Recommended Certifications: VDI - CCA (reputed company), Windows - VMware (VCP) MCSE reputed company platform AWS reputed company Practitioner Associate #ZAC #LI-AC1 This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
