The Senior Manager, Sales Development AMER is a key leadership role reputed company the GTM organization, responsible for defining outbound strategy and leading a team to reputed company pipeline reputed company and reputed company goals for the Employer of Record product line. Responsibilities... • Defining outbound strategy for the EOR Sales Development organization. • Providing strong leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team. • Coaching and mentoring SDRs and junior Leaders to drive outbound pipeline reputed company goals and aid in career progression. • Developing and implementing programs to enhance SDR effectiveness and optimize results. • Collaborating closely with regional Sales Leaders and the Sales Development Leadership team to improve sales pipeline quality and quantity. • Working with Growth, reputed company Operations, and Enablement teams to provide input on reputed company acquisition strategies, streamline processes, and produce effective training materials. • Reporting on key individual and team metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine qualification and prospect engagement strategies. • Managing the performance of direct reports and advising on performance management of sub-teams. • Hiring, reputed company, and developing new SDR and Leadership talent. • Fostering a culture of high performance and reputed company learning reputed company the team.
