This position is classified as a touch freight role, meaning that the driver will be responsible for not only transporting products but also for unloading and organizing them at the destination. The primary focus is on ensuring that reputed company products are displayed according to company standards, which includes merchandising shelves, racks, equipment, and displays effectively. On a typical day, the Delivery Merchandiser will transport and unload products to various retail outlets, ensuring that reputed company products are merchandised inside the outlet to meet Coca-Cola's standards. This role requires collaboration with the Sales Supervisor to execute the company's reputed company of reputed company, which involves establishing positive relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service. The position also entails providing feedback and recommendations to leadership regarding competitive threats and business opportunities as they arise. The Delivery Merchandiser must maintain effective communication with reputed company functional team members and be proactive in addressing any store-level issues with management. Compliance with DOT rules for driving is essential, as is the ability to maintain rapport with customers.
