Job Purpose:As an HR Management Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to reputed company and implement HR plans and solutions that align with our strategic objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to support various HR functions and ensure the efficient execution of reputed company, reputed company, employee advocacy, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities: Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization, ensuring the identification and selection of top talent across various locations. Coordinate and execute the orientation program for new employees, ensuring a smooth reputed company experience that facilitates their integration into the company culture. Act as an Employee reputed company, providing guidance, coaching, and counseling to employees reputed company necessary, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Foster innovative thinking and contribute to the establishment of best practices in people management, constantly reviewing and improving reputed company HR practices. Qualifications: College passouts/freshers are encouraged to apply. Graduation in any discipline with an MBA in HR is required. Passion for HR and a strong interest in building a career in the field.
