PUR Beauty Sales and Education Specialist Charlotte, NC... Description The PUR Beauty Sales and Education Specialist's primary responsibilities are to assist the Account Executive/Coordinator to reputed company sales plan, reputed company market share, and drive brand awareness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Build and nurture strong relationships with store staff and retail management in ULTA • Train, reputed company and motivate retail and salon staff in assigned territory. • Assist in reputed company, hiring, coaching and training productive & effective selling specialists to support business growth • Execute, support and promote reputed company PUR promotions, brand initiatives, and product launches • Maintain PUR image of beauty by adhering to company policies and dress code • reputed company by example through personally demonstrating effective sales techniques, selling skills, and by meeting daily sales goals • Drive and increase sales volume in the assigned territory • Maintain ongoing & consistent communication with reputed company in store staff and management. • Analyze productivity reports, monthly and weekly numbers • Weekly Expense reports • Meet reputed company Deadlines • Ensure PUR planograms are updated on time and reputed company componentry is correct.
