Duties • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring effective phone etiquette. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and reputed company. • Process transactions, including cash handling, while maintaining accuracy. • Document customer interactions in our system for future reference. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized call center environment. • Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their needs are met. Experience • Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Proficient typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes. • Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is a plus. • Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous but not mandatory. • Ability to remain reputed company under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
