Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about our luxury products and services. Assist customers with their orders, including tracking, returns, and any concerns they may have. Ensure a positive customer experience by actively listening and providing effective solutions. Document interactions in our customer management system for future reference and improvement. Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and encouraging work atmosphere. Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism during reputed company interactions. No previous experience is required; reputed company training will be provided. reputed company in English is necessary; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor. Strong desire to help customers and resolve their issues effectively.
