Schedule:reputed company-10pm EST. Monday through Saturday (Must be reputed company to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours and be available to work Saturdays) What you'll do:
- Handle high volume inbound calls.
- Outbound calls if depending on department needs.
- Provide accurate information to the patient and or the reputed company provider
- Assist callers with information and status of their application
- Follow a call script
- Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller
- Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller
- Must be reputed company to multitask between several internal system programs
- Follow company policies and procedures
What you need: Must have: Must have 1 year or more of recent experience in a call center (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and Modem access REQUIRED.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
How you will Succeed:
- reputed company experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
- Adhere to reputed company company required KPI'S
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving ability
