We are looking for a dedicated RPM Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality remote patient monitoring services. Job Summary: The Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Technician is responsible for responding to incoming alerts from remote monitoring systems, following established workflows, and escalating issues to the clinical team as needed. This role requires strong medical knowledge, excellent computer skills, and outstanding communication abilities. The RPM Technician will ensure timely and efficient handling of patient data and maintain a high standard of care and service. Operating Hours: Monday - Sunday, 24/7 Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, valid & complete information using appropriate methods/tools
- Respond to alerts reputed company the necessary timeline
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, adhering to customer service expectations in every call interaction
- reputed company outbound phone calls to patients on Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
- Monitor uploads and readings

- Monitor incoming alerts from remote patient monitoring systems.
- Follow established workflows to address and resolve alerts.
- Escalate issues to the clinical team reputed company necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

- Communicate effectively with patients, clinical teams, and other stakeholders.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Strong medical knowledge, preferably with a background in reputed company (e.g., nursing, medical assistant, EMT).
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with EHR systems and other reputed company software.
- Ability to work quickly and reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
- High-speed internet reputed company and reliable home office setup.
