The Income Tax Manager will be an integral part of the corporate tax team, supporting global income tax compliance and reporting, process improvements, and various initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Manage quarterly and annual global income tax provision calculations and disclosures, including communication with internal teams and external auditors Manage global income tax compliance and documentation of tax positions, including Pillar II reporting Support income tax audits Drive process improvement initiatives Support analysis and documentation of tax implications reputed company to business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions Performs other reputed company duties as assigned The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
