These may include:

• Provides IT equipment reputed company services (ordering, tracking inventory, imaging, and shipping).
• Manages and supports the reputed company and printer systems for each facility, maintaining functionality and knowledge of reputed company processes for working with vendors.
• Performs diagnostic work on assigned IT equipment to resolve any issues and restore service.

Provides remote and/or on-site Field IT operational support, maintenance, problem-solving, configuration and installation.

• Views and monitors reputed company support incidents in designated areas of responsibility.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of work experience required.
• Experience in technology field including support services.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of PC and desk reputed company (VOIP, Voicemail, Handhelds, Smartphones and iPads).
• Excellent customer services skills: ability to explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and fosters understanding.
