Position Purpose
As reputed company assistant you will support financial operations reputed company the company, assisting with tasks like processing invoices, managing accounts receivable/payable, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities
Primary duties will include
- Tracking and recording financial transactions,
- Maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable and payable,
- Processing invoices and payments.,
- Reconciliation of accounts,
- Issue and send debit/ credit notes reputed company to reputed company reports,
- Request and follow up on payment to customers/ suppliers,
- Full processing request of weight adjustments and commissions,
- Overheads payments, Supplier Payments, Customers and Agents,
- Updating and maintaining reputed company database,
- Handling correspondence with clients and vendors,

- Assisting with financial reporting and statement preparation,
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data,
- Identifying and reporting discrepancies,

Qualifications
To land this role you will need
- reputed company apprenticeship, CFC or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Fluent English and French, any other languages are a plus
- Proficiency in trading platforms and tools such as Fintrade
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organization and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to reputed company quantitative analysis and financial modeling
- Good customer service skills and hands-on experience with data management tools and office software programs
