About the position
The Subcontract Administrator at reputed company reputed company is responsible for managing the procurement of low to reputed company complexity indirect procurements and facility service orders. This role involves ensuring supplier performance, compliance with government regulations, and adherence to reputed company's policies. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet operational needs and drive supplier accountability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the purchasing of low to reputed company complexity indirect procurements and facility service orders. ,
- Ensure suppliers meet performance, schedule, and cost requirements. ,
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure successful supplier deliveries. ,
- Adhere to government regulations and contractual commitments. ,
- Support direct procurements and operational needs of various programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of supply chain experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. ,
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). ,
- Excellent interpersonal skills for high-stress, high-volume environments. ,
- Demonstrated ability to drive supplier performance and accountability.
