About the position

reputed company is seeking multiple Application Support Technicians to join a large childcare educational company in a fully remote reputed company. This role is less technically intense and places a greater emphasis on customer service. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with customers and business partners, ensuring effective communication throughout the support process. The primary responsibilities include handling incoming calls for ticket queues, performing password resets in Active Directory, and providing support for proprietary software used for billing and family management in childcare centers. Additionally, the technician will collaborate with the procurement team to assist with food and equipment support, which leans more towards customer service than technical support. Familiarity with processing and experience working from home are significant advantages for candidates applying for this position.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be willing to work any 8-hour shift between Monday to Friday, 4:45 AM to 5 PM PST.
