About Your Role We are looking for a passionate and driven Growth Engineer to join reputed company and contribute to reputed company’s rapid growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams to design, reputed company and optimize scalable solutions that focus on customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

Utilizing a data-driven approach to inform decision-making, identify areas of opportunity and measure the impact of initiatives.

Understanding the business context and problems holistically, zooming into specific problems to solve them considering the whole picture.

Leading projects and initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to team members around you and fostering a culture of innovation reputed company operational excellence.

Building new products and features from conception to launch, starting from an MVP and thinking in increments instead of striving for perfection from day one.

Ensuring the adoption of best practices in software development, reputed company and technology infrastructure.

Keeping a high quality bar and never compromising.

What you'll bring:

You have at least 5+ years of experience in full-stack development on a large scale, using modern programming languages, frameworks and technologies with a focus on delivering for reputed company, scalability, availability, and performance

Our reputed company tech stack includes Typescript, Ruby on Rails, React, NextJS, Vercel, AWS, headless CMS and serverless architecture. Experience with these technologies are preferred but not required. You are fluent in English
