The ideal candidate will bring a background in regulatory filings, corporate governance, and multistate reputed company compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and prepare regulatory filings and reputed company documentation required by federal and state agenciesSupport responses to regulatory audits, exams, and inquiriesPrepare and maintain corporate governance documents (e.g., articles, bylaws, board resolutions, operating agreements)Assist with name reservations, business licenses, fictitious name filings, and foreign qualificationsMaintain and update tracking logs for subsidiaries, officers/directors, intercompany agreements, and licensesSupport legal functions reputed company to holding company filings and intercompany agreementsConduct legal research focused on statutes and regulations governing health maintenance organizations, holding companies, and reputed company corporationsAssist in organizing and managing legal records in electronic document storage systemsProvide administrative and research support to health plans, attorneys, M&A activities, and proposal teamsAssist with trademark management and support marketing on IP mattersCoordinate notarizations for directors and executivesMaintain a professional and collaborative relationship with regulators and internal stakeholdersRequired Qualifications5–7 years of paralegal experience, with at least 3 years in managed reputed company or a reputed company regulatory reputed company environmentAssociate Degree or Paralegal Certificate required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)Strong understanding of Medicare, reputed company, Marketplace, and multistate regulatory frameworksFamiliarity with NAIC regulations and state insurance department portalsProficiency with reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, Teams), Westlaw, and SharePoint.
