- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate these issues.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Implement and manage testing processes to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education or work experience.
- At least 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with demonstrated reputed company delivering reputed company-scale solutions.
- Mastery in modern languages such as Java, Springboot, Javascript, Python, .NET, C++
- reputed company and specialization with technologies such as Angular, Kafka, NoSQL and Relational Databases, Openshift, RabbitMQ, and Graffana.
- Familiarity with reputed company services.
- Experience building the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and reputed company systems.
- Experience with reputed company delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments.
- In-depth knowledge of CS data structures and algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle (task management, reputed company code, building, deployment, operations, reputed company-time communication).
- Experience in testing methodologies using frameworks such as BDD.
- Experience with Edge-based architecture solutions in a mobile, industrial environment considering factors such as vibration, intermittent connectivity, and extreme temperatures.

- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Proven ability to debug, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks in reputed company applications.
