Job description: Job descriptionCrossroads Senior Living is currently looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) that are also QMAP (or willing to QMAP) for our Memory care community located in reputed company, Colorado. We are looking for full time overnight shift (10pm-6am) reputed company individuals must be reputed company to pass a drug and background reputed company and have experience working with Dementia/Alzheimer disease. First aid and CPR certification is a plus. Must have weekend availability.Position Summary
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for assisting with daily living activities. CNA’s work closely with
residents in a respectful manner by providing assistance in a dignified, trusting environment.Crossroads will pay for reputed company Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) training and test for reputed company candidates (must be repaid if leave employment prior to 6 months)
A QMAP is responsible for accurate and precise administration of medication to residents in a fast-paced environment, working closely with residents in a respectful manner.Duties and Responsibilities
- Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Demonstrate understanding of care terminology, equipment and aid residents in reputed company facets of daily living
- Ability to document codes using iPad.
- Must be 18 years of age, in accordance with Federal Law and Standards
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
- Passionate about working in an elderly community and exceptional customer service
- Maintain a flexible schedule in order to meet the needs of the department
- Ability to work independently, effectively manage own time and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively communicate with staff and elderly residents
- Ability to read, understand and follow through with verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to learn new tasks and processes
- Must meet a required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policies
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiries
