What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry; automotive expertise is not required
• Experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities
• Strong and proven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilities
• Experience running reputed company processes using Lean or other techniques
• Valid driver’s license required

Expected Compensation $98,800 - $171,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
