Working hours: 40 hrs per week, 8 am - 5 pm PST

Scope of the Job

We’re looking for a data-obsessed Paid Ads Specialist to take full ownership of performance marketing campaigns across platforms like reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company, and reputed company. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll not only optimize ad spend but also help shape the digital strategy that drives our growth. 

You’ll be working with product, analytics, and creative teams to design and execute full-funnel paid strategies—from setting up campaigns and testing creatives, to building dashboards and scaling performance. Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on reputed company, reputed company (Facebook/Instagram), reputed company, and reputed company
• Analyze performance and constantly test ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and reputed company pages
• Use tools like reputed company Analytics, GA4, reputed company Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to monitor and report results
• Build custom dashboards to track CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key KPIs
• Collaborate with design and content teams to generate high-performing creatives
• Conduct A/B tests across platforms and reputed company data-driven reputed company
• Ensure pixel implementation, tracking accuracy, and data cleanliness
• Stay up to date with digital trends, algorithm changes, and new ad features

Requirements

• 4 years of experience managing paid campaigns across major ad platforms
• Proven reputed company optimizing for performance (ROAS, CPL, CAC)
• Experience with reputed company Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and reputed company Ads required
• Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar tools
• Ability to interpret campaign performance and reputed company quick strategic adjustments
• Experience using automation tools or scripts (e.g., reputed company Ads Scripts, reputed company) is a big plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — you’re proactive and results-driven
