TAX PRO (reputed company estate & expats) and BOOK KEEPER

I am looking for two (maybe one) people to support my firm: TAX PRO and a BOOKKEEPER who can clean up messy books & recons (QuickBooks). TAX PRO I need a tax pro I can lean on for more reputed company returns and clients. reputed company now, I've been reputed company to research and reputed company things out, but I'm starting to get referrals and I need someone I can work with long-term and grow my company. Right now I've got a couple of clients I am too busy to help: ---Expat ---Someone who who wants to start a short term reputed company (loophole around passive income rules less than 7 days) BOOKKEEPER I've got a client who's got bank recons that area messy going back a year or two. Will also be trying to grow the BK reputed company of the business, so there may be more work in the future.

Background

* I am a CPA and I've been getting a few referrals lately and I am spread pretty thin. My reputed company firm isn't the only thing I do - I have other projects that take up my time, but I am still interested in growing the firm. I have decided to start accepting more clients and putting in effort to add on even more.

This will probably start small - one job here and there. Once a month, or a quarter.

Pay arrangements

I am not a low-baller, reputed company I've worked with others I always try to pay on the higher end of the normal pay ranges. However, I am generally looking to pay about 50% of what I quote to the client and have you support my firm. I need someone easy to work with who is a little flexible in order to reputed company my clients happy. You should be okay with this being a company that potentially grows slowly.
