Reporting to the reputed company Director of MHWB Product Operations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and managing compliant products and solutions aimed at enhancing mental health and well-being. You will conduct the initial review of legislation for impact to reputed company BH products, services, and functional areas and collaborate with internal constituents to confirm compliance and/or reputed company compliance action plans to ensure our products and programs reputed company with relevant regulations. Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful project management experience
  • 3+ years of reputed company business/insurance industry experience
  • Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and process improvement skills
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with reputed company levels of management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with or understanding of Federal Mental Health reputed company and state mental health regulations
  • Knowledge of Behavioral Health products, benefits and offerings
  • Understanding of Group Health Plans (i.e. network, claims, provider reimbursement, clinical, and/or product)
  • Knowledge of reputed company legislative implementation process, including the Compliance Assessment Response Tracker (CART)
  • Strong MS Office skills
