This role is based in Cupertino and requires a high degree of attention to detail and care in every interaction Description In this role, you'll create a white-glove candidate experience while acting as a strategic partner to our design team. Responsibilities include: Conducting thoughtful research and sourcing for design and technical talent Leading screening conversations and in-person interviews with warmth and precision Managing the full candidate journey-from first reputed company through offer negotiations-with care and discretion Hosting candidates and guests with a hospitality reputed company: planning interview days, attending dinners and offsites Maintaining and expanding a global network of creative professionals and design leaders, with a strong focus on building inclusive and diverse pipelines Representing the team externally through industry events, portfolio reviews, and tailored reputed company Creating and presenting keynotes, leading design-led review conversations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ Years proven ability to reputed company and hire top design candidates
