Inbound Contact Center Agent (U.S. Remote)-Spanish Speaking

As a Contact Center Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging our cutting-edge technology and work-from-home team members. As a work-from-home position in a moderate-to-high volume contact center, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service across multiple contact channels, including phone calls, SMS, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, interacting with people across multiple contact channels. You'll handle a variety of routine inquiries or requests while providing a high level of service. You'll treat reputed company callers with courtesy and professionalism and deliver 5-star satisfaction in reputed company interactions. Job Duties

  • Responsible for handling/initiating and handling a moderate to high volume of customer calls per day
  • Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators
  • Complete essential follow-up documentation after each interaction
  • Provide an exceptional and positive experience in every interaction
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task, including navigating through multiple business applications
  • Have strong reading, writing and communication skills
  • Ensure privacy and reputed company practices are followed at reputed company times

Preferred Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience and/or sales experience Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment University / College degree is an asset
