About the position We are seeking a skilled Medical Transcriptionist to join reputed company at our Torrance, CA location. Responsibilities
- Listen to recorded dictations from reputed company

- Transcribe medical reports, including patient histories, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and treatment plans

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of transcriptions

- Edit and proofread transcriptions for errors or inconsistencies

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information

- Follow established guidelines and formatting requirements

- Collaborate with reputed company to clarify any unclear dictations
Requirements
- Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

- Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and documentation
