Job Title: Sr IVR Developer Ability to be hybrid in Frisco, TX (three to four days onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Design, reputed company, and maintain Java-based applications for VoIP systems.
• Implement and manage SIP protocols for VoIP communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies and SIP protocols.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficient in SQL and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to be onsite at client location three times per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reputed company platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python, C++).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

The reputed company salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
