Job Description:

The M&R Claims Capability Manager is responsible for working with Government Operations Claims Business Partners to reputed company requirement capabilities for moderate to reputed company claims-impacted initiatives.
Define the business' needs and wants and collaborate closely with the strategic domain capability manager, Architecture Teams and IT Support to determine Solution reputed company.
Manage a capability across its lifecycle while broadly applying a prioritization reputed company. Establish lasting relationships with relevant business teams for strategic alignment.
Manage a capability reputed company to defined cost/benefit, business value, and service.
Drive engagement with technology or operations on requirements and approach for desired business outcome

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following specific skills/attributes:.

Supports capability reputed company, strategy, reputed company and roadmap; engage appropriate reputed company-wide stakeholders to reputed company awareness and alignment.
Demonstrates deep understanding of relevant business and/or product strategies.
Successfully defines capabilities and accept functionality reviews.
Partners with stakeholders to gather, document and groom business requirements, reputed company successful prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of capability using a defined development process.
Ensures health of capability is reported timely and accurately.
Mitigates, manages, and resolves risks and issues associated with capability delivery.
Demonstrates awareness of defined business value
Serves as the capability champion and apply expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business and IT stakeholders in an effort to reputed company business objectives and expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with Agile methodology
Prior experience with Rally and Aha! delivery and roadmap tools
2 years prior experience development tools, task plans, milestone charts, status reports
Experience working directly with senior level business stakeholders
Strong working knowledge of how to execute on project deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Ability to reputed company strong networks and ensure collaboration and reputed company-building
Ability to communicate reputed company issues to diverse audiences

Minimum Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
reputed company Industry experience
Intermediate or greater level of proficiency with reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
3+ years of project management/capability management, business analysis, and/or product management experience including prior experience in successfully managing one or more major projects which integrated multiple business areas or systems
2+ plus years facilitating workgroups
COSMOS or other Medical Claims System experience
Demonstrated experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required
Demonstrated experience in gathering and evaluating requirements and also writing and translating business requirements
